Are Vessi shoes actually waterproof?
Yes, our shoes are 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. We use a patented Dyma-tex membrane that keeps water out while allowing your feet to breathe.
How do I clean my Vessi shoes?
We recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-15 business days.
Do you offer half sizes?
Currently, most of our styles are available in whole sizes only. If you are typically a half size, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
